123Movie Not Working? Start with What Failed

Fix the right problem, whether it is search, a saved list, a viewing link or playback elsewhere.

The menu or search is unresponsive

Reload the page once. If navigation loads but interactive filters do not, check whether JavaScript is allowed for the site. The movie and TV lists remain ordinary links, so you can browse those while sorting out an interactive-search problem.

For an empty search result, use Reset and enter just the title or a cast member. A selected year, original language or movie-length range can exclude the item you wanted. The length filter should stay on All for series.

A saved title disappeared

Return using the same browser and device. My List is stored locally, not in an account. Private browsing, cleared website data or a changed site address can explain a missing list. Avoid clearing storage as the first troubleshooting step if you want to preserve saved choices.

Watch now shows the wrong country or no offers

Use the viewing-country buttons on the title page and open Watch now again. Production country is a separate catalog category. Confirm the title and year in the result. No offer in one region does not mean that the movie's details are incorrect.

The video buffers, stays black or has no sound

Once you have selected an offer, playback belongs to that service. Check its quality setting, audio track and device support. Try a lower quality or close competing downloads. For a blank picture with sound, try the provider's supported app or browser and check its help page.

A server selector on another player belongs to that player. 123Movie does not control its backup servers or carry over its playback position. See HD and 4K settings or subtitle troubleshooting for a narrower problem.
